08.14.2006 ok so i really am going to finish the songs from our last recording (it was a year ago, yeah i know). i started a new mix of hamilton last week and it's sounding pretty good so far. i've got some good ears on board to help me out so all i need to do now is find the time to finish it. also, i'm really interested to know if anyone is still visiting this website that remembers us playing so please drop me a line at  if you have a second. man i really miss this band. |
| 04.08.2006 i may finally be able to finish our last recording sometime this summer... ok so i probably won't do it but there's a good chance i'll be able to barter with someone and make them a website in exchange for mixing the songs. only a year late but it's better than never. rock on. |
| 10.03.2005 i've been working on mixing the songs from the recording we made just before andy left pittsburgh and managed to get one song, hamilton, pretty close to being done. since i don't want to keep those of you who remember us waiting, i put an mp3 player on the media page that allows you to play that song and the 3 songs from our first recording. i hope to have the other 7 songs we recorded mixed soon so keep checking back. ~jon |
| 07.24.2005 Well it seems that our musical career has culminated in the 8 songs that we started recording yesterday and today. Andy's last full day in Pittsburgh tomorrow will be a bittersweet one. It's strange because most of the time a new recording is just the beginning of something more but for us it will probably be the last project we'll undertake as a band. I couldn't have asked for two more creative and talented guys to work with than Andy and Elliott. Just watching the two of them work together on writing second guitar tracks today was nearly astounding. I'm not sure how many of these songs will make it out to the general public but they are definately shaping up to be pretty nice. Another day or two of recording and who knows how many more days of mixing are left but I'm looking forward to every one of them. ~jon |
| 07.12.2005 Well folks, as everyone probably knows, Baby Vs. Giant has come to an end. We truly appreciate all the friends we've made and the people who continuously supported us. It was a fun ride. I might take a moment here to advertise the drumming skills of Mr. Elliott Barletta: if anyone is in need of an insanely solid and creative drummer, you should get in contact with him. | 04.03.2005 thanks so much to everyone who came to, helped set up, and played the Punk Rock Prom this past weekend. the smaller the crowd, the warmer the hearts, i always say. actually i just made that up now but i think i'll start saying it. a lot. we had fun times, thanks especially to the albert react guys for letting us be redonkulous at their place after the show. we made new friends and had a ball. pics should be up in a few days. <3 |

| 01.12.2005 i added some wallpapers and buddy icons to the media page and we ordered some pins in 2 different designs that will be available soon. finally about to start burning the demo to cd's to give out/pass around/try to get shows/send to labels/use as frisbees/put our drinks on/etc. hopefully we can get lots of shows soon *hint hint* so that we can get out and play some damn music. word. peace. |

However, every step of the way will not be playing because they can't make the trip out here from sunny state college. Be sure to bring yourselves for fun and good music and shitty beer. | 10.19.2004 we just got word that the show at penn state scheduled for this saturday got cancelled, apparently since they were having trouble finding other bands. we're playing the next asylum show, which is Nov. 20th, same time same place (pollock rec room, pollock commons, Penn State). i'd also like to say that the full title of the track on purevolume.com is "hey, whatever happened to S.A.R.S.?" |
